Sugar Cream Pie

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 c. Cornstarch
- 2 cup skim or whole milk
- 1/4 c. (or 1/2 stick) butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cinnamon and/or Nutmeg
Cook sugar, cornstarch and milk until thick. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Pour in baked shell and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Chill until serving time.
