Give Him the Remote
We know that God sees everything we do and even everything we think. Can you imagine for a minute that your life is on a large digital flat screen TV and all of the angels in heaven are watching, alongside our Savior, as we have our daily life flash on the screen before them?
Are we living our lives in such a way that we would not mind telling Jesus to , “Press play and turn on the surround sound.” Of course none of us are perfect by any means, however Jesus still offered to die for us. He knows we’re not perfect and He willingly died for us anyway. Such abounding love! Although we know that we’re not perfect and he knows this too, we could still be trying to live in such a way that we would not be ashamed if our life was on that big screen.
I challenge you today to read Psalm 26 and take your time. Read each verse and ponder your own life in comparison to the scriptures. Have you allowed the Savior to have the remote to your life? Will you allow Him to try each of your channels and turn up the volume? Are there channels of your life that you’ll set the block so that you won’t go back to it again? What steps will you take to make yourself accountable to this? Let us know that you read Psalm 26 with us today.
Psalm 26:2, “Examine me O Lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.”

I think I need to set a block to a few of my channels to.
