My name is Amanda, but am better known as SuperAngel.
I am an 18yo homeschool senior. I am the oldest of 8 children and I love my family very much.
I am on my way to becoming the woman God created me to be. I want to follow the Bible word by word and live only for Christ. I want to be an example to all who meet me that you can live Biblically and live in this world.
I am a Biblical Believer and don’t conform to the denominations of today’s world. I am a non-fiction Believer. That means that God has already written my life story and I don’t want to change it by doing what I want, but follow it perfectly by His Word and Guidance. I will follow that plan alone. I will not make my own plans, but follow where He leads me.
I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and love Him as my Savior. I want to live wholly for Him and give my everything to Him.
I believe in Jesus Christ. That He is the Only Son of God. That He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one can come to the Father unless through Jesus Christ.
I believe Jesus Christ was beaten, crucified, and rose again in three days. I believe that He died for my sins, and washed them away. I believe that He is coming back for his people some day soon.
I believe that a marriage consists of a MAN and a WOMAN. I believe that the husband should be the head of the household and that all decisions lie ultimately with him. I believe that a woman should be a keeper of her home. I believe she does not need to get a job outside of her home and out of the authority of her husband.
I believe in a full quiver, and that God will give me the desires of my heart. I believe that the woman should stay home and raise her children in the LORD.
I am praying and waiting for God to bring the man of my dreams. I can’t wait to get married and have my own family. I am excited that I can be a stay at home mom and keep my home. I want to be a Homemaker and make my home to be a haven for my family to learn to be Biblical and Godly.
I hope to be an encouragement and teach Biblical things to all who stop by my blog and be encouraged and learn from others.
I live in rural Indiana on a two and half acre hobby farm with my family. I was born in New Mexico, though I have lived most of my life in Indiana. I love warm weather and despise cold. We are hoping to move back out west soon.
Right now our hobby farm has chickens and 2 dogs. I have 2 horses and my sister has 7 goats. I am hoping though to sell my horses soon.
I love being home schooled. I did not always feel this way about homeschooling. For a while I wanted to be Christian schooled because it was cool and I wanted to be with my friends. But God changed my heart about that and many other things. Now I am so thankful for the opportunity that being homeschooled has allowed me to have. I am learning more than I ever could in public school. I am now a firm believer that homeschooling is the only option to educate children. I will be homeschooling my children and giving them the BEST education that I can.
My favorite subjects are reading, history, writing, computer, and some times algebra. ; )
I love organic and healthy food and try to eat as much of it as I can. I love being frugal and being very careful with what God has given me. I am very much a health nut. I love to exercise. Tae-Bo and running are my favorite ways to excerise.
I love working on the computer and learning all I can about computer technology. I plan to further my knowledge soon with some college course graphic design classes.
I love blogging and all the friends I have gained from blogging. I love learning html and now have my own website. I am learning about that and furthering my knowledge.
I would like to have my own business. I have not decided what yet, but I know God has a plan. I love working with accounting and secretary type jobs.
I love to read. If I am not on the computer or doing chores, then you will find a thick book in my hands. My favorite books are the classics. Old literature. The old books have meaning and purpose and are pretty safe to read. I love the old books. I love how they are so thick, yet small enough that you can hold them in one hand. It reminds me of the olden days when children used to tie their books together with their belts and head to school. It is so nostalgic to me. I love thinking of those times. I also prefer hardcover books. They have that nostalgia to them too.
I absolutely love Superman and Smallville. I collect stuff from them, and it is a passion to me. I have done a lot of research on Superman and "Why I Like Superman" is because I have come to see many similarities to Jesus.
Some of my favorite quotes are:
I am too BLESSED to be depressed!!
God’s laws are like His law of gravity – YOU CAN’T CHANGE THEM!!
Favorite Beverage: Raspberry Ice Tea, Coffee, Mochas
